Chair’s Opening Remarks. 
 
1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE. 
To receive any apologies for absence.
       
2. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS
Members of the Parish Council are required to declare any personal or prejudicial interests they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting. 
 
3. PUBLIC FORUM
To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 15 minutes of public forum.
 
4. MINUTES
To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 12 November 2024.
      
5. VILLAGE HALL. 
a) Storage Space. To receive any updates and to consider any action.
b) Lease/Operational arrangements. 
i. To receive any updates to this item. 
ii. To note information received from Welbourn regarding their VH/PC arrangements.
iii. To consider establishing a Working Group tasked with investigating the options discussed and to set a time-frame. 
 
6. PLANNING APPLICATIONS AND ISSUES
a) Applications received:
i. 19/1764/FUL - Creation of an all-weather facility comprising of a polo arena, conversion of farm buildings into stables, new fencing, landscaping, lighting scheme, new car parking area. Regularisation of the installation of arena netting and fence height and to enable the use of the arena lighting until 9pm weekdays. Location: Hilltop Farm North The Heath Leadenham.
The application noted above will be considered at Planning Committee on 10th December 2024.

a) Old Memorials – to note any updates to the plan agreed at the meeting of 09/04/24, minute 13a.
b) War Memorial, to receive any updates regarding the War Memorial, NKDC funding and to agree any action.

a) To receive any updates regarding seating within the play area and to agree any action.

To receive any updates and to consider any action.
