AGENDA
Chair’s Opening Remarks.
1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE.
To receive any apologies for absence.
2. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS
Members of the Parish Council are required to declare any personal or prejudicial interests they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting.
3. PUBLIC FORUM
To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 15 minutes of public forum.
4. VILLAGE HALL CAR PARK.
a) To receive any updates and quotes.
b) To consider and agree any action.
5. PARISH CLERK VACANCY
a) To note that the Clerk/RFO has resigned and has given a leaving date of 31 January 2025.
b) To consider the draft vacancy advert
c) To consider advertising via LALC with:
i. unpaid option, to be displayed on LALC website/eNews.
ii. paid option, £75+VAT, which would include LALC website/eNews, Lincolnshire County Council’s website, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
iii. To consider advertising with Public Sector Special publication, current offer of £57.00 pw (incl VAT). This is a free paper and online publication which is currently running a frontpage feature on local public sector vacancies.
iv. To consider posting onto the Leadenham Facebook page.
