Chair’s Opening Remarks. 
 
1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE. 
To receive any apologies for absence.
       
2. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS
Members of the Parish Council are required to declare any personal or prejudicial interests they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting. 
 
3. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIR AND RECEIVE DECLARATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICE. This item may be deferred at the discretion of the Chair.
 
4. PUBLIC FORUM
To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 15 minutes of public forum.
 
5. MINUTES
To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 08 October 2024.
      
6. VILLAGE HALL. 
a) Storage space designated for the PC. To receive any updates regarding the suggested use of a garage and to consider any action.
b) Carpark refurbishment. To receive any updates and quotes.
To consider making an application to Leadenham Enclosures Award (formerly the Church Grass) Charity for a donation.
c) Lease/Operational arrangements – To receive any updates to this item, following the statement from LVH2000 received at the meeting of 08/10/24 and the options tabled.
To consider establishing a Working Group tasked with investigating the options discussed and to set a time-frame. 
d) VH insurance. To note that as agreed at 13/08/24 minute 15d, the PC will pay the VH insurance this year, running 14/11/24-13/11/23. Last year’s premium was £1,717.47, this year is £2,192.73.

a) To receive any updates regarding seating within the play area and to agree any action.
