Chair’s Opening Remarks. 
 
1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE. 
To receive any apologies for absence.
       
2. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS
Members of the Parish Council are required to declare any personal or prejudicial interests they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting. 
 
3. PUBLIC FORUM
To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 15 minutes of public forum.
 
4. MINUTES
To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 14 May 2024.
 
5. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIR AND RECEIVE DECLARATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICE. This item had been deferred at the last meeting, 14/05/24, and may be re-considered or deferred.
 
6. PLANNING APPLICATIONS AND ISSUES
a) Applications received:
i. 24/0553/HOUS Proposal: This application was received then withdrawn as NKDC confirmed that no planning permission was required.
ii. Planning Application Reference: 24/0661/HOUS Proposal: Erection of two storey rear extension and detached double garage and demolition of wall and toilet block. Location: 3 Post Office Yard Leadenham Lincoln Lincolnshire LN5 0QA.

7. REPORTS OF REPRESENTATIVES
To receive reports from the following:

8. HIGHWAYS ISSUES
a) To receive any updates regarding buses and HGVs and to consider any action required. 
i. Chief Constable - To note that no response had been received following the clerk’s letter issued 07/05/24.
ii. Lorry Watch complaint – see clerk’s report.
iii. HGVs travelling through village to Glenrowan site – see clerk’s report.
b) To receive any updates regarding the footpath adjacent to the railway bridge and to consider any action required.
c) To note that the LCC Highways Village Walk had been arranged for June 10 at 2pm.
 
9. GRASS-CUTTING ON THE PLAYING FIELD
a) To receive a report, see Clerk’s report
b) Consider any action required.

13. INSURANCE.
To note that the PC Insurance for the year 02/06/24 – 25, was renewed with the current insurer, Clear Councils (formerly BHIB) at a cost of £514.87. 
 
14. MEMORIALS
a) Old Memorials – to note any updates to the plan agreed at the meeting of 09/04/24, minute 13a.
b) War Memorial, to receive any updates regarding the War Memorial, NKDC funding and to agree any action.
 
15. PLAY AREA - SEATING
a) To receive any updates regarding seating within the play area and to agree any action.
 
16. AGENDA ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING. To consider any items for inclusion in the next agenda.
