Dear Councillor, You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of LEADENHAM PARISH COUNCIL on WEDNESDAY 13 APRIL 2022, AT 7:30PM, at Leadenham Village Hall
This is a face-to-face meeting and Government advice regarding Covid-19 safety will be followed.
 
Parishioners Questions from 7.20 pm - 7.30 pm only. Following this session, no further questions or interruptions are allowed for the duration of the meeting.

CHAIRMAN’S OPENING REMARKS
 
1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE. 
        To receive any apologies for absence.
        
2. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS
Members of the Parish Council are required to declare any personal or prejudicial interests they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting. 
 
3. MINUTES
a) To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 9 March 2022.
 
4. PLANNING APPLICATIONS AND ISSUES
a) Applications received:
i. CLLP – invitation to participate in the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan Review - Proposed Submission Local Plan The consultation runs for 8 weeks from 16 March to 9 May 2021
ii. 22/0416/TCA Description of works: T1 Pear - fell Location: 27 High Street, Leadenham, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN5 0PP. Deadline for comments 8 April. Now decided, no TPO.
iii. 22/0253/VARCON Proposal: Application to vary Condition 7 (materials) and Condition 8 (windows and doors) of planning permission 19/1084/FUL (erection of 7no. dwellings and relocation of pub car parking area) to allow the use of uPVC windows Location: Land To The Rear Of The George Hotel High Street Leadenham. 
       Comments by 21 April 2022.
 
b) Decisions received: 
None to date.
 
c) Street numbering/naming.
NKDC still require a new road name for the development at Main Road Leadenham. Suggesting
something Farming related or someone famous from the Village. To receive any suggestions fron the post on Leadenham FB group.

6. HIGHWAYS ISSUES
a) To receive any updates regarding buses and HGVs and to consider any action required.
b) To receive any updates regarding the footpath adjacent to the railway bridge and to consider any action required.
 
7. SPEEDWATCH SCHEME / SPEEDING ISSUES. 
a) Speed Indicator Device (SID – Cliff cluster Scheme):

8. PARISH CLERK

12. PLAY AREA
a) Monthly reports received. 
b) To note that the Spring Horse has been re-instated and deemed safe by the VK and Play Area monthly inspector.
 
13. LITTER PICKING.
a) To receive any updates regarding litter picking.
b) To note that laminated signage has been deployed in ‘picked’ areas.
 
14. VILLAGE HALL/LAW/BOWLS CLUB
To receive any updates regarding SLAs for the above groups. To note recent correspondence from the Bowls Club regarding Insurance costs etc. 
 
15. PARKING NEAR THE PRIMARY SCHOOL.
To receive any updates following the deployment of a barrier.
 
16. QUEEN’S JUBILEE 2022.
a) To note any relevant updates and consider any action required.
 
17. MEMORIALS
To receive any information regarding the Memorials and any action required.
