Dear Councillor, You are hereby summoned to attend the ANNUAL MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL on TUEDAY 16 MAY 2022, to follow the annual Parish Meeting, at Leadenham Village Hall
 
Prior to the meeting commencing, all newly appointed Cllrs will sign Acceptance of Office forms.
Register of Members Interests forms must be completed and returned to the clerk within 28 days.

Outgoing Chair’s Opening Remarks. 
 
1. ELECTION OF CHAIR AND RECEIVE DECLARATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICE.
2. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIR AND RECEIVE DECLARATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICE. 
 
3. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE. 
       To receive any apologies for absence.
       
4. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS
Members of the Parish Council are required to declare any personal or prejudicial interests they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting. 
 
5. PUBLIC FORUM
To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 15 minutes of public forum.
 
6. MINUTES
a) To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 11 April 2022.
 
7. PLANNING APPLICATIONS AND ISSUES
a) Applications received:
i. 22/1520/FUL Proposal: Erection of five dwellings and garages Location: Barns At Field House Farm Sleaford Road Brant Broughton. Notification of amended plans.
Comments by 25 May 2023.
 
b) Decisions received: 
i. 23/0241/HOUS – approved 10/05/2023.
Proposal: Erection of single storey rear extension, 6 Queensway Leadenham.

9. PARISH COUNCILLOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING
a) To consider the creation of specific areas of responsibility for Cllrs. Relevant training may be available via LALC. 
b) To consider any training which Cllrs may wish to undertake and to review the ATS membership. (training bulletin circulated to all 05/05/2023).
 
10. HIGHWAYS ISSUES
a) To receive any updates regarding buses and HGVs and to consider any action required.
b) To receive any updates regarding the footpath adjacent to the railway bridge and to consider any action required.
 
11. PARISH CLERK
To consider the Parish Clerk’s Report (to follow).
 
12. CORRESPONDENCE
To consider correspondence (to follow). 
 
13. FINANCIAL MATTERS
a) To consider the Financial Report (to follow).
b) To consider adding additional person(s) to the bank mandate.
 
14. PARISH FIELD/TREE PROJECT. 
To receive any updates, if available. 
 
15. PLAY AREA
a) To receive any updates regarding the picnic benches. 
b) To receive any updates regarding the application for a grant, FCC application 5093. 
 
16. LITTER PICKING.
To receive any updates regarding litter picking.
 
17. VILLAGE HALL/LAW/BOWLS CLUB
a) To receive any updates.
b) To agree arrangements for the drafting of Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the above groups
c) To consider the appointment of a Working Group to progress this.
 
18. PARKING NEAR THE PRIMARY SCHOOL.
To receive any updates, including any report on the suggestion of installing planters or similar. 
 
19. MEMORIALS
To receive any information regarding the Memorials and any action required.
 
20. MOTORHOME STOPOVER PLANNING EXEMPTION.
a) To receive any updates and to consider adopting the scheme and any arrangements required.
