Actions taken during under the terms of the Delegated Powers to the Clerk resolution, minute 04/05/21/18c.

The PC convened an informal Working Group Meeting to advice the Clerk on planning applications deferred from the previous meeting (04/05/21). 
 
The following were present: Cllr M Nelstrop, Cllr G McLusky, Cllr G Luff, Cllr T Sisson, Cllr K Willgoose, Ruth Keillar (Clerk).
 
1. PLANNING APPLICATIONS AND ISSUES
a) Applications
i. Planning Application Reference: 21/0438/HOUS
Proposal:  Proposed two storey side extension, single storey rear extension and proposed new detached garage
        Location:   Hillsdale 2 Crow Lane Leadenham Lincoln Lincolnshire
Comment submitted by the Clerk: Leadenham Parish Council has no comments re this application.
   
ii. Pre-notification correspondence of a possible planning application, ref 7915B, land adjacent to number 51 Main Street.
This notification had been received by the clerk, from the architects concerned, and has not as yet been submitted to NKDC by them, for consultee/public comments.
The application was not discussed but receipt noted.
The Clerk suggested that a reply be made to the correspondent as follows: “Leadenham Parish Council is not aware of any application being submitted to NKDC and has not had any correspondence from NKDC regarding this. It is noted that your correspondence is part of a community consultation exercise is as set out by NKDC.
The Parish Council will not participate in this exercise. When any application is circulated by NKDC it will be considered and any relevant comments submitted in return.”
 
LEADENHAM TIP APPLICATIONS.
It was agreed that a site visit be arranged to get a better understanding of the following 4 applications relating to the Leadenham Tip. 3 of these had been deferred from the previous meeting (04/05/21) and the 4th was received following that meeting. The site meeting was arranged for Friday 4 June 2021. Attended by Cllr M Nelstrop, Cllr S Locking, Mr Jon Seagrave, Business Site Manager. A brief report of the discussions was submitted to LCC Development Planning Dept by 18 June: Issues discussed and noted, no complaints to be noted.

vii. 21/0720/FUL Stocks House 57 High Street Leadenham – Comment submitted by the Clerk: Leadenham Parish Council has no comments re this application.

c) Street Numbering – 2 Gospel Lane renamed as Yew Tree Cottage (NKDC notified PC 02/06/2021).
 
2. It was suggested that the Clerk make enquiries regarding the Old Kennels.
