Notes of the extra ordinary meeting of the above Council held on Tuesday 3rd March 2020
To consider additional information regarding Planning Application 19/1764/FUL
Present: Mrs K Willgoose, Mrs C Stokes, Mr G McLusky, Mr T Sisson, Mr S Locking.
The meeting was held in closed session.
The Chairman to Leadenham Parish Council (Ms M Nelstrop) was not present having declared interest in the application at the onset of the Council considering this application.
Vice Chair Mr G McLusky took the Chair
Discussion regarding the additional evidence submitted concerning this application took place.
Comments to be returned were agreed unanimously by all Councillors and will be recorded appropriately.
There being no further business the meeting closed at 9.48pm
