Chair’s Opening Remarks.

1. Apologies for Absence.

To receive any apologies for absence.

2. Declaration of Interests

Members of the Parish Council are required to declare any personal or prejudicial interests they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting.

3. PUBLIC FORUM

To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 15 minutes of public forum.

4. Councillor RESIGNATION & casual VACANCY

To receive and note the resignation of Councillor Willgoose and note that a casual vacancy has arisen.

5. SPORTS FACILITIES

To receive a presentation on mini tennis & padel court

10. RENEWAL/EXTENSION OF LEASE

To receive any update regarding the lease renewal of the sports ground, off Main Road, Leadenham.

14. PLAY AREA

1. To note monthly and annual inspection report and consider findings. Appendix 2
2. To review Play Park fencing options
3. To consider new play equipment

15. VILLAGE MAINTENANCE

1. To receive any highways updates
2. To consider village hall clock repair
3. To consider a report that some noticeboard posts appear loose and determine whether to instruct the councils maintenance contractor to inspect them and advise on any remedial works
4. To establish ownership and consider future maintenance of the hedges on the A607 from North Road to Pond Field and from Pond Field to the parish boundary, following concerns reported regarding growth during Spring/Summer.
