Chair’s Opening Remarks. 
 
1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE. 
       To receive any apologies for absence.
       
2. DECLARATION OF INTERESTS
Members of the Parish Council are required to declare any personal or prejudicial interests they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting. 
 
3. PUBLIC FORUM
To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 15 minutes of public forum.
 
4. MINUTES
To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 14 January 2025.
      
5. APPOINTMENT OF CLERK/RFO. To approve the appointment of Sharon Johnson as Clerk/RFO (The Clerk may take over minute-taking at this stage).
 
6. CO-OPTION FOR VACANCIES
To receive applications for Co-option to the 3 vacant seats on the Parish Council.
      
7. VILLAGE HALL. 
a) Storage Space. To receive any updates and to consider any action.
b) Lease/Operational arrangements. 
i. To receive any updates. 
 
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS AND ISSUES
a) Applications received:
i. Planning Application Reference: 25/0076/HOUS Proposal: First floor side extension
above existing single storey Location: 8 Back Lane Leadenham Lincoln Lincolnshire LN5 0PW.
Deadline 16/02/2025 (passed).
 
b) Tree applications:
i. Application reference: 25/0035/TPO Description of works: T1 - Sweet Chestnut.
Remove deadwood, crown lift 5.2m over carriageway, reduce end weight on limb with hazard beam formation by up to 3m, reduce end weight of first lateral branch by up to 3m. Location: Street Record, Waterloo Paddock, Leadenham.

To note meetings attended by Cllr M Everett as PC representative and to receive any updates and reports, including any meetings not listed below:
a) Leoda solar Farm: the meeting held at Navenby on 16/01/25
b) Navenby community meeting held Tuesday 21 January 2025.
c) Leoda meeting and briefing held at Leadenham VH on 04/02/2025.

b) Bank Mandate: to receive any updates and approve the adding of the Clerk/RFO
c) To consider the appointment of the Internal Auditor for AGAR 2025. (Mrs A Smith as last year).

a) Old Memorials – to note any updates to the plan agreed at the meeting of 09/04/24, minute 13a.
b) War Memorial, to receive any updates regarding the War Memorial, NKDC funding and to agree any action.
 
15. PLAY AREA - SEATING
a) To receive any updates regarding seating within the play area and to agree any action. 
 
16.  PLAY AREA REFURBISHMENT
To receive any updates and to consider any action.
