3. MINUTES
a) To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 12 January 2021.
b) To approve the Minutes of the Extra-Ordinary Meeting of the Parish Council held on 25 January 2021.
 
4. PLANNING APPLICATIONS AND ISSUES
a) Applications received:

11. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION 2018 (GDPR)
To consider adopting the following policies:
i. To note that the Parish Council has a Data Controller for Parish Council business activity
ii. To adopt the Data Map (enclosed)
iii. To adopt the Data Protection Policy, Subject Access Request Procedure, Data Breach Policy and Records Retention Policy (enclosed)
iv. To adopt the Privacy Notices (enclosed)
v. To note that the Council has registered with the ICO (registration number A1103489)
vi. To note that Cllrs will be requested to complete Security Compliance Checklists.
 
12. PLAY AREA
a) To note that the monthly report has been received and to consider the replacement of the rubber surface on the "baby" swings and shackles, as reported in the RoPSA report of August 2020.
