LEADENHAM PARISH COUNCIL – ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on Sunday 29 May 2022. 2 – 5pm, Leadenham Village Hall.
The meeting was called under the Chairmanship of Cllr M Nelstrop.
Present: Cllr M Nelstrop, Cllr G McLusky, Cllr G Luff, Cllr K Willgoose. Cllr T Sisson, R Keillar (Clerk).
Also present Play area working group leader.
Members of the public attending (drop-in) 5.
1. The APM was set up as a drop-in session and refreshments were provided.
2. Various village Hall groups, Parish Field Project Leader, the Police and the Working Group Leader (Play Area) were invited.
3. The Play Area Leader displayed the proposed plans for inspection.
4. There were no comments or questions from residents that the Parish Council could assist with.
5. It was noted that the APM meeting, planned for 29/06/2021, had not taken due to coronavirus safety measures.
The meeting closed at 4:30 pm.
