Addendum to the meeting to be held (Remotely and in closed session) on Tuesday 26th May 2020 at 7.30pm.
Under item 1 there is a second Meeting to be considered and signed off by the Council - An Extra ordinary meeting held on Tuesday March 3rd 2020 to discuss additional information submitted on the Planning Application of 19/1764/FUL - held in closed session.

1. Consideration and signing of Draft Notes of previous meeting (March 2020)
2. To discuss current Planning Application issues.
3. Any matters for Urgent Discussion
This meeting will be held in closed session
